1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using DreamGen (the "Platform"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must exit this site immediately.
2. Description of Service
DreamGen is a software-as-a-service platform that provides users with access to high-performance GPU infrastructure for generating synthetic images and interacting with artificial intelligence models.
3. Prohibited Content (Zero Tolerance)
While DreamGen is an "uncensored" platform for artistic expression, we maintain a Zero Tolerance Policy for content that violates international laws. You agree not to use the Platform to generate, upload, or share content that:
- Minors: Depicts or involves real or synthetic minors in any sexual or suggestive context. We report all such attempts to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
- Non-Consensual (Deepfakes): Contains non-consensual depictions of real, identifiable individuals.
- Illegal Activity: Promotes violence, terrorism, or any illegal behavior.
4. Ownership & Intellectual Property
User Ownership
You retain full ownership and Commercial Usage Rights for any images generated using a paid subscription plan (Creator Studio or Studio Pro).
Free Tier
Generations created on the Free trial tier are provided for Personal, Non-Commercial use only.
5. Subscription & Billing
By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge the specified amount (plus applicable taxes) for the chosen billing cycle. Plans can be cancelled at any time via your dashboard.

6. Limitation of Liability
DreamGen provides its services "as is" and without any warranty. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use our platform, or for any user-generated content that violates our terms.
