Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Credit-Based Purchases

DreamGen operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed upon each image generation. Because generated images are digital goods that are delivered instantly, purchased credits are generally non-refundable once used.

2. Unused Credits

If you have purchased credits but have not used any of them, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. To request a refund, contact us at support@dreamgenart.com with your payment transaction ID.

3. Subscription Plans

Monthly subscription plans (Creator, Studio Pro) can be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • You will retain access to your plan features until the end of your current billing period.
  • No partial refunds are provided for the remaining days in your billing cycle.
  • Any unused credits from subscription plans expire at the end of the billing period.

4. Cryptocurrency Payments

All cryptocurrency payments are processed through NOWPayments. Due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions, crypto refunds will be issued in USDT (TRC-20) to a wallet address you provide.

5. Service Outages

If DreamGen experiences an extended service outage (more than 24 hours) that prevents you from using purchased credits, we will automatically extend your subscription period or add bonus credits to your account as compensation.

6. Disputes

If you believe you were incorrectly charged or have a billing issue, please contact support@dreamgenart.com and we will resolve the issue within 48 business hours.

For all refund requests, email support@dreamgenart.com with your transaction ID and wallet address (for crypto refunds).
