Our Core Philosophy

"What happens in DreamGen, stays in DreamGen."

We believe that your imagination should be private. Unlike other AI platforms, DreamGen is engineered from the ground up to prevent data tracking and content surveillance.

1. Data Minimization

We collect the absolute minimum data required to provide our service:

  • Email Address: Used solely for account identification and credit synchronization via Firebase.
  • Payment History: We store only the transaction ID and status via NOWPayments. We do not have access to your personal financial details or physical address.
  • IP Logs: We do not log visitor IP addresses beyond what is required for DDoS protection (purged every 24 hours).

2. Zero-Retention Image Policy

Privacy isn't a setting; it's our technical architecture.

No Training

We never use your generated images or prompts to train our AI models or fine-tune checkpoints.

Auto-Deletion

All generated images are automatically and permanently purged from our Cloudflare R2 storage after 30 days.

3. Security Infrastructure

Your data is secured using industry-standard AES-256 encryption. We utilize the following enterprise-grade providers for infrastructure:

  • Compute: RunPod Serverless (Dedicated H100 GPUs)
  • Authentication: Firebase (Secure Auth)
  • Storage: Cloudflare R2 (Global Private Storage)
  • Payments: NOWPayments (300+ Anonymous Cryptocurrencies)

4. Cookies & Tracking

We do not use tracking pixels, Google Analytics, or third-party advertising cookies. We use only essential session cookies for authentication. For more details, see our Cookie Policy.
